Anyone notice this? There's a dark spot on drivers side headlight, about the size of a big dog about 45 degrees from centre of car. Is that normal? I'll take pictures when I get a passenger.

I have a clean car after driving 15 min in snow, except my whole back end had an inch of buildup of snow. It covered the whole back end, including headlights.
ps. just realized I said headlights, meant signal lights lol sorry for confusing people. Anyone have a way to reduce this?

Have not noticed a dark spot. The liftgate gets dirty in al conditions. It's a downside of having a flat rear end with a short overhang from back axle.

Not trying to minimize your experience, but after coming from a small hatchback, the BS hatch area stays pretty clean. I haven't driven in deep snow, just plowed streets/roads. I won't pretend that it is clean, but it is much cleaner than my hatchback's would have been.

Sorry, no input on the headlight issue. Makes me wonder if there is something inside the headlight on the reflector or something?

Link worked fine for me (???). Below is the text.
SSM 49645: 2021 Bronco Sport Headlamp Dark Spots Pattern

All 2021 Bronco Sport vehicles have headlamp low beam pattern with a dark spot dip near the horizon in the left portion of the beam pattern. These dark spots are most noticeable when the high beam is active. Although this dark spot is present by design, this issue may be more perceivable to the customer if the headlamps are aimed too low (dark spot will appear closer to vehicle). The vertical aim should be checked and adjusted upwards if necessary, refer to Workshop Manual (WSM) Section 417-01.

Ok so I guess I’m glad this is normal. I noticed it the first night I drove my BS. Still annoying but I guess now I know... and knowing is half the battle!

ok so maybe I should talk to them. Thanks. It's just below the post on drivers (left) side of road. Just below pole.

That could be "normal". Generally the driver's side headlight is different to cut down on glare for oncoming traffic. If you buy headlights on a car that is also sold in England or Japan, there will be different light patterns for those countries (right hand drive). It appears in your picture that the dark spot aligns with the center of the road. That's what makes me think this could be intentional.

It's normal. If you pull my '23 OBX up close to my closed white garage door, You can see the same dark spot on both lights. It's the way their made. Adjusting lights may move it around, but it's always going to be there.

TLDR;
It's supposed to be there, so as not to blind oncoming drivers.

My dealership looked at it, now not as pronounced and doesn't draw the eye to it. Although still there, but can live with it. Thanks, just didn't want a deer being in such a dark spot. BTW almost hit 2 deer on my passenger side last night. They stayed on the gravel and I drove by them.
