    Yeah, I have the one touch up/down. I'll try this reset procedure, thx! There are no visible obstructions for either window, and closing it again works.

    Anyone else have this issue occasionally ? 21 OB BS, I've done a full SYNC restore, still happens from time to time. I push/pull all the buttons to close, and the windows go up, seems to seat properly, then re-opens.

    2021 Outer Banks I've had this happen at least 2 times. I tried everything, and thought maybe a fuse was blown. Chasing my tail. BOTH times, a reset to factory in the SYNC settings fixed it.

    Yep on company support. I'm convinced they are only on here to appear that Ford is being responsive and helpful. I've reached out to them twice after they "offered to help". Both times ended with "contact you local Ford dealership".

    That is referred to as the "Engine Retention Clip". One that comes loose, the engine can unexpectedly fall out while driving. Be careful. ;)

    I think this just started for me. I thought maybe it was due to me just having replaced the tires, but sounds like it is coincidental. Does it sound like tires crunching on gravel? I hear it whenever I'm slow turning pulling out of wherever I'm parked.

    Mine is a '21 and had the sound almost immediately after purchase. I installed the upgraded bushings kit and changed my pads at the same time. For me, the issue is gone. Hopefully for good.

    Not having physical buttons for HVAC control is a show stopper for a vehicle purchase for me. I like being able to control the HVAC without having to take my eyes off the road and memorize where the controls are. To me it's a FAIL if they have exact same size shapes for the buttons to control...
