Noticed this the other day. Had a tire replaced a while ago. Called the place, they don't have the piece, because of course they don't. Can that be replaced?? I don't even know what that middle piece on the rim is called. Any ideas? It's driving me nuts knowing it's not there.

It was most likely forgotten to reinstall and lost. Or broken when removed and came off shortly after reinstall.

Most of the center caps have to be installed before the wheel , can't remember if my 23 BS is that way .

According to a Google search it can be installed with the wheel on the vehicle.

It is just a pressure fit cap - You can install it while the wheel is on vehicle!- I do 5 tire rotation on My F-150 and just swap them between the 4 wheels on the truck. They just pop out when wheel is removed and pushed from the back - could have just fallen out or they removed it to balance tire? cprcubed link looks good, just make sure they are the same finish - certain models use different color---or you can replace them all and paint them however you like!
