Customer satisfaction program 25N17 -- rear camera failure

This may have already been posted, but I searched and could not find anything about it.

We just received a letter regarding the rear camera. Essentially, if it fails within 15 years from the warranty start date, Ford will replace it for free (one time).

Would be nice if Ford issued a Customer Satisfaction Program for the leaking front camera washer (for those vehicles equipped with a front camera)

Fully agree with that, it took three visits and paying 100 extended warranty repair fee to get that fixed.
