Circular device over driver's side sun visor

Don't mean to be stupid, but what is that circular thingy with the screening over it, just over the driver side sun visor? About an inch in diameter. Thanks!

Big Brother is listening. I have an Amazon Alexa in three rooms of my house. I've been told that 'they' could be listening. There's a GPS in both our cars and I'm told 'they' could keep track of everywhere I go. I'm 80 years old old and, at this point in life, I don't give a damn.
