I had my 2nd oil change done and I just noticed the receipt lists the oil used as 5w20. When I check the manual it states that the 2.0L should use 5w30. How much of a problem will this be? I'm in SoCal and I'm routinely in stop and go traffic in the summer heat so I'm worried about the oil...

I believe you're talking about the built in microphone for talking on the phone / infotainment.

They sell a separate Catalytic Converter Skid that covers the secondary cat. It doubles as a theft deterrent as well.

There should be no markup on custom orders. I received an order form that lists it at msrp but I guess there’s always the possibility that they screw me when the order arrives.

You're probably right. I ordered at Sunrise Ford North Hollywood, which is supposedly one of the largest volume dealerships from what I've read.
