I noticed that the paint on the bottom of all of my doors on my 2021 Sport is chipping off due to poor fit on the hinge side of the doors...

Will repair the paint myself, but has anyone found a way to prevent this? Have a good product to cover with to protect the paint and aluminum?

See pic for example (sorry for the poor quality - for some reason it won't upload in full size)!

I'm sure the issue is on my end, but I can't tell what I'm looking at.

Very similar situation at the bottom corner of where the headlights meets the body. Just noticed mine looks like the photo you posted on both sides.
Mine too. Near headlight. Used touch up paint.

My badlands has the same issue. I took my vehicle in for service yesterday, and showed the service writer. She said that they will have to send my bs to a body shop for repairs. I asked about preventing the wear and she said that they will have to adjust the doors. Hopefully, this corrects the issue. I didn't notice it before but there is a rubber seal on the rocker panel that contacts this area of the doors opening and closing.

Hi, do you have this rubber trim on your lower rocket panel cover as shown in the picture I have attached? It appears this is the reason why the paint is wearing off.

You should be able to get Ford to repaint it for you under warranty. They are covering my paint issue under warranty. The service manager at my dealership told me that on the new bs that rubber trim is not installed. I am going to confirm this with members on this forum and I am going to look for myself on a new badlands also.
