After 8000km and 6 months I was getting the oil change request alarm. So I dutifully got it done (mr lube - wasn’t cheap but they were all curious about the car). Now I cannot reset the alarm. There is no menu item. On a you tube video one commenter stated that it is a secret sequence that can only be performed by Ford. If so I’m pissed. Any idea out there?

Canada then? Try the old Ford method - ignition on (NOT engine), press and hold gas and brake pedals for a few seconds...?

I tried that once before but never found a menu that way. Never had a detailed vid through. I’ll go try again now! Thanks.
Wow. Realized my problem. I didn’t know you could turn the ignition on without starting the engine by pressing the start button without touching the brake. Kind of obvious now. Once I did that the full menu appeared. Thank you. I’m not mad at ford again.?

To put it more simply, do this (OP seems to have figured it out, but for anyone else stumbling upon this thread):

If you're starting off at your Trip odometer screen, or digital speedometer, etc, scroll up/down on the right side of the steering wheel until you get to the render (graphic) of a Bronco Sport.

Hit the menu button (three lines) on the wheel.

Scroll down to Oil Life, hit OK

Hold OK to reset - it'll tell you on-screen when this is done.
Well yes but the key fact is to be in the full idc menu. This is only entered by pushing the start button without touching the brake. The menus after engine start do not contain the oil reset and other goodies.
