Why didn't I check this forum sooner.... been back to the Ford Service Center a few times and many calls... This is a known problem but the dealership is treating it like they have no idea.
Just re-opened another Case# with Ford today but now my wife is so sick of both the noise and service provided that it'll take effort for her to keep the vehicle. Frustration
caliber bushings rubber boots just need to be replaced to get rid of the loud squealing/moaning noise that occurs while braking in reverse since 2021.

In the interest of managing expectations, I'll tell you that's not necessarily true. Ford has been struggling with this issue for a few years now, and it has already issued at least two different service bulletins. Unfortunately, several forum members report the noise is not gone after having the latest fix installed.

i've gone through 2 "repairs" for this and called Ford again today. Still nothing and the noise is worse than ever. Has anyone found success yet? I have lost my patience for Ford at this point!

Nope nothing permanent but Ford is expected to have a new “fix” 4Q 2024 but I’ve not yet heard specifics on that

@EARLSAYS I’m not able to locate TSB 24-2326, can you please post a link to the PDF or post pics showing 24-2326 content? Thanks!

This may help some, but of course not everyone.
If you are using the brake auto hold function if you have it, turn it off. See if the noise persists. My wife was complaining about the loud noise last week. I checked it out and it was super loud. Turned the auto hold off and noise is gone.
That "auto hold" feature you mention, presumably a green "A" show up when it is engaged. On my rig, it's there for a couple days, then gone, comes back a few days later. I find it annoying and would prefer to simply disable it. How can one turn it off, is it in the vehicle settings?

Never mind about 24-2326. There is the new TSB 24-2348:

TSB 24-2348
This bulletin supersedes 24-2326. Reason for update: update the causal part number.

Good afternoon, Stacia. Would you please send over a private message with your VIN and dealer info so I can look into this noise concern on my end?

This is getting ridiculous… I have 73,000 miles and the brake noise has been since it was new. First TSB came out and my dealership could never get parts. Then they ended the original TSB. Now a new TSB is issued with new part numbers. I called Monday and again told my dealership STILL can’t get the new part numbers! And why should I have to pay for this… shouldn’t it be covered by warranty? Hopefully someone from Ford takes notice…. How can we fix the issue (before warranty is done) without the ability to get parts?! Very frustrating!

Contact Ford at +1 (866) 436-7332, you have a good case to have TSB 24-2348 installed for free … not until parts are available of course

Btw, the parts might be in stock at other dealerships and as other owners have reported, if their dealership won’t obtain the parts (from a dealership having them in stock), apparently it’s up to the owners to call around until a dealership with the parts is located.

We purchased a 2021 Ford Bronco Sport-Big Bend from Kreiger Ford in Columbus, Ohio. (November 2021)
We have had the vehicle in numerous times (6 times) for the noise heard from the brakes when backing up (It almost sounds like a moaning seal or something)
The Ford dealership in Columbus (Kreiger) and in Bellefontaine (Integrity) claim they never hear the noise. I even left the vehicle with them for the entire day one time. They have replaced the brake pads and have reset the brakes. It's still making that noise. I just want to be sure that the brakes are not being damaged. It just doesn't seem like that is normal.
I also have reached out to our salesperson to see if there are issues with these brakes on the vehicle.
What are possible next steps or what can/should be done to resolve this situation?
I have the same problem. Did you get it resolved?
