Tis the season so they say. Here's dinner with Dr. Lupulin 11.3% triple ipa. No sides just beef. It's the second prime rib we've made this week, and this one was better than the last.

For dessert, a proper Boston sour. Used Bondstone cask strength this time instead of my usual wild turkey 101. In a fancy glass to boot.

Celebrated with our Christmas holiday cocktail, a whiskey slush. Tea, water, frozen lemonade, frozen orange juice, a little sugar and whiskey; freezer for two days, then served with Fresca as a mixer. Sweet and delicious!

@Garth I love a good red ale.

@Frenchy906 I never trusted the zero sugar stuff. If I'm grabbing an energy drink I usually go for a regular redbull. But I'm not a sweets guy. I used to be able to drink monster but now they just seem too sickly sweet to me. Lately I've been drinking Yerba mate, and synergy cambucha. And also spindrift sparkling water. If I'm grabbing something NA

My garage kegerator fridge is getting down to the nitty gritty

I've been in a beer slump lately. Nothing is hitting the spot.

This was last night's flavor

I never used to be able to do zero sugar either… but last year on February 11th, I weighed the most I’ve ever been in my life. I cut out the sugary drinks (which I’d have four or five a day), and cut back (not cut out) fast food to maybe once or twice a month.

I’ve lost 90 pounds in almost a year. My goal was to lose a hundred pounds by February 12th (my birthday) but I don’t think I’ll be able to get there. I’ll be close, though.

That's a great accomplishment man! @Frenchy906
I've been weight training With a personal trainer twice a week for about 8 months, lost 10 lbs but definitely got stronger. The gym isn't something I enjoy, I'm definitely more into 12 oz. Curls lol. Pick it up, put it down, pick it up, put it down. Stupid. But our family besides me, has been on strict carnivore for 3 months and training as well. Diet and self restraint is huge for weight loss. Good job man! 👏

Lol… consuming 1,400 empty calories a day was killing me. Then add on top of that, McDonald’s or some other fast food (almost daily) and then a full dinner later… made sense why I weighed what I did. 🤣🤦🏻‍♂️
