I have the HRG 1.5 inch lift on my badlands. Installed by my Ford dealer so it doesn’t affect warranty. The tech said it was his first time doing a BS lift with the HRG kit and noted the quality over the Rough Country lift he usually does on BS.
I will be getting my Badlands back from my installer later today. They started on the HRG lift yesterday and he made the same type of comments as your tech. "A very well thought out lift kit, the best quality parts that they have seen so far."

OEM tires 225/65R17, New tires after the lift 245/65R17
Fender to ground before and after
LF 31.75", 33.62" RF 31.75, 33.75"
LR 33.38", 34.62" RR 34.38", 35.62"
The tires are about 1/2" of the added height, part of the difference from side to side may be in part from my driveway. I gained 1.50" on the front and about 0.88" on the back. I was looking for the rear to be closer to level and maybe the lift needs to settle more in the back. The alignment went very well. The front tires are almost touching when turned full, not sure how peeps are getting larger tires without trimming. It would be great when posting lift results, before and after ground to fender measurements would be shared.
Ride quality really not that much different, if anything the new tires seem stiffer. Steering seems tighter, I like the changes. These are the Falken Wildpeak A/T4W tires.

Your new tires are XL load rated, which can make them stiffer but some other factors may also contribute to that, like wider wheels, which will increase the effective spring rate of the tire's sidewalls. You increased your tire width by 20mm, if you increased your wheel width by 1" (25.4mm), you efectively made your sidewalls stiffer but it may feel like it handles better.

Also, some tires just need a break period, before they are at ther best. No issues with my Baja Boss A/T's but my Nokian Outpost nAT's took about 1K miles to get smoother and quieter.

Lastly, you can take the tires out of the ride height equation by measuring from the wheel center to the fender lip, if you take before and after measurements there. If tires are not a factor, it's better to measure, on a flat surface fron the ground to a hard point, like you jack points. If a flat surface is not available, chalk your tire location, where you measured at and then turn the car 180* and measure again and take the average.

Hi, very good information. So the HRG lift kit doesn't increase ground clearance by 1.5 inches on its own? You achieved that 1.5 inch clearance because you also changed tires. So it seems the increased ground clearance isn't what HRG advertised, and neither was my 1.3 inch RTR lift kit.

HRG Badlands specific lift is advertised as only 1.25” as Badlands is already factory “lifted”

If you are still looking for a lift kit, I just listed A Flat Out Suspension lift kit for the Badlands model in the Members Marketplace. I sold my BS to buy a truck.

The HRG is the best riding lift I ever put on a vehicle. Smooth as stock, alignment perfect. No ill affects. I highly recommend. I'm not quite level but the difference has settled down more and I don't notice it as much. About 1500 miles down the road.

Don't have an aftermarket lift (yet?), but in all my research for the BS, the HRG is legit the only real option from a quality and engineering perspective for the Badlands Sasquatch. Have yet to hear anything negative about them.

Trying to get a better understanding of stock heights and what these lift kits actually give you.
At the dealer tonight, I measured the distance from the top of the wheelwell opening to the center of the hub of the trim levels on the lot.
Stock at all four corners of the new 2025s:
Outer Banks front 18" rear 18.5"
Badlands front 18.5" rear 20"
Badlands Sasquatch front 19" rear 20"

So after a few weeks of driving my 2025 Badlands with the 1.5" HRG lift kit I ended up with:
front 19.25" rear 21"
The rear makes sense as they provide a 1" spacers
The front doesn't to me, 0.75" of lift. Looks like I need the front half of their 2-1/2" lift to be more leveled out. That is, if it truly provides another 1" more lift. That would put my results at front 20.25" and rear 21" which is more inline with what I expected.

Can we get more peeps to chime in on the year of your Bronco Sport, trim level, type of lift you have, and the after lift measurements from the top of the wheelwell opening to the center of the hub? This would give us apples to apples comparison of all the different years, trims, and lifts and the end results.

I may add more to the 1.5" my OBX Sasquatch has stock.

I wish I could believe what the manufacturer tells me, but I believe more in mathematics: 0+1"=1", not 1.3"
Hold on to one end of a table knife so it is horizontal. The knife represents your suspension's lower control arm. With your other hand, push down on the center of the knife with one finger until it moves 1". Your finger is the coil spring. The free end of the knife moved more than 1" didn't it?
