Trying to get a better understanding of stock heights and what these lift kits actually give you.
At the dealer tonight, I measured the distance from the top of the wheelwell opening to the center of the hub of the trim levels on the lot.
Stock at all four corners of the new 2025s:
Outer Banks...
I found what you posted, but I don't think it includes the shackles. If you look up the front of the Sasquatch it shows the plate like this, but then it has the shackles listed separately with their mounts.
The HRG is the best riding lift I ever put on a vehicle. Smooth as stock, alignment perfect. No ill affects. I highly recommend. I'm not quite level but the difference has settled down more and I don't notice it as much. About 1500 miles down the road.
We picked up our 2025 Badlands July 4th weekend. Here is what we added to it this week. A lift, new wheels, new tires and an emblem. Very happy with the upgrades.
OEM tires 225/65R17, New tires after the lift 245/65R17
Fender to ground before and after
LF 31.75", 33.62" RF 31.75, 33.75"
LR 33.38", 34.62" RR 34.38", 35.62"
The tires are about 1/2" of the added height, part of the difference from side to side may be in part from my driveway. I gained 1.50"...
I will be getting my Badlands back from my installer later today. They started on the HRG lift yesterday and he made the same type of comments as your tech. "A very well thought out lift kit, the best quality parts that they have seen so far."
Talking with Rough Country the 2025 Badlands use different struts and provide 1" of lift over the standard struts used on Big Bends & Outer Banks. The spacers will not fit the bolt pattern of the badlands struts. Looks like HRG is it. Anyone know of 1" front leveling spacers for the Badlands?
We just purchased a 2025 Bronco Sport Badlands (non-Sasquatch) and I just measured the fender to ground on the front and the same on the back. I get 32" for the front and 33.5" in the back. I would like to raise the front 1-1/2" and I think 1/2" in the rear. Is this something anyone else has...
Thank you adding us to the Forum. Here is our new 2025 Badlands in azure gray metallic tri-coat we picked up last weekend. We are looking forward to trips to the beaches and mountains.
