Baby’s First Trip: Flagstaff (Day 1)

Finally made it out of the valley for our first road trip. Had to make an audible at the last minute, thunderstorms in Crown King put the kibosh on that segment, so ended up swapping that for Oak Creek Canyon. Dinner in Flag at Fat Olives, and done for the day.

First stop, Rock Springs Cafe for cholesterol-rich brekkies

Next up was Montezuma Castle.

From there it was the Red Rock Scenic Byway leading into and through Sedona.

Last was Oak Creek Canyon with all its twisties and the tourists that spoil them.

Finally got a little dirty!

Next up, the South Rim and Rim Road.
