35K on mine and the only problem is the Servicing Dealer. Told me not to come back, as they don't want nor need my service. Oh, that is because I asked for an "appointment" to LEAVE my car for service. They told me "first come, first served". I am handicapped/disabled and so is my wife. It is 90 minute drive to the shop, which means I need to get up at 430 AM to get there at 7 AM. I complained and they said they had the right to refuse service. AG says ADA complaints in New Mexico are a "civil matter", so now I drive 3 1/2 hours for service. In my 70's and always bought Ford, and my dad was a Ford Dealer and Edsel Dealer. Loyalty is a thing of the past, the same as service. I love the Bronco Sport. No longer in love with Ford. Rodger

That is horrible!! I feel so bad for you. Ford should really show some good faith and do something about this.

We keep hearing about this is wrong, or that is wrong. Are there any BS owners out there without any issues? I’ve had my 2024 BS Badlands for two months and I’d really like to hear some positivity. It was difficult for me to come over to Ford as it is (20 years a Jeep person and before that Subaru). I am really liking my Bronco Sport but I’m getting nervous that I may have made a bad move.

I’ve had my BSBL for a little over 3 1/2 years and @ 30,000 miles. Just got back from a 5 day trip, about 29 mpg. I’ve put in a battery, had the recall done, and had routine servicing. Have the whale-call brakes and a “no key found” warning when it’s hot (just throw the fob in the tray to end that) — absolutely not “problems” to me. This is a Bronco Sport — not a Range Rover . . . and I love it!

Why not go to a local auto service - the dealer is not the only one that knows how to service a Bronco Sport. I have lifetime oils changes on a 2017 Silverado and still pay to have it done closer to home for the convenience, at an express service bay of another Chevy dealer. Take the wife's Subaru Outback there too. They certainly would do the Bronco Sport.

Bought an older truck couple months back and discovered it is amazing how many well qualified auto repair shops we have in our little farming town. Had several do work on it. I am getting older too and to the point were I would rather farm out some of the work to qualified shops. Most of the work I did myself for the last 50 years.

Overall its the most fun vehicle to drive I've ever had. 5000 on my 2023 BB with the 1.5. Problem free. Love it. My kids and their friends think its cool. Really good fit and finish on mine. About 28 MPG in non hiway use with sport mode. Sport mode is a ton of fun. Gets compliments from other Ford owners and younger adults into the Civics/Toyota/Focus scene. The high and upright design makes it seem like a small tank.

I agree on your first sentence it's fun drive i don't use Sport Mode as i have the JMS Pedal Max which works better than Sport Mode.

Over 50,000 on my Big Bend. No issues besides the moaning brakes but that stopped on it's own. Bought me a 2009 Kia Optima with almost 200,000 miles to to help keep the miles off the Bronco.

35k here, no issues at all…

keep in mind, the majority of the BS are 1.5 - 90% in fact, so that’s where you hear most about issues.
If 90% of them are the 1.5, then obviously by sheer numbers there would be more issues. Even if the % of problems is less.

2022 OB with 26k in 2 1/2 years and has been problem feee, other than recalls and TSB’s. It helps to have a dealer who performs the work readily without any resistance, like mine. I also installed a bypass for the auto start/stop, so I think I’ll get normal battery and starter (?) life. In over 50 years of driving and over 30 different cars, this is a favorite as a daily driver.

3 years, 37k, no major issues! The brake squeal in reverse issue is there, dealer has told me twice that they ordered parts but never contact me. When I've asked about it on my last two oil changes I always get told they want to look at the car again first. Honestly, it's the dealer experience of things like this and having to wait 3-4 hours for an appointment-scheduled oil change that have been the most frustrating.
