Nope car is off.Are you taking about with the car running? As built I do not think that can be turned off. The car is reminding you that the driver left the car and it is still running. There were other situations where I got the double beep on 4th generation escapes but they do not apply to the Bronco Sport.
Whoa. That’s way beyond my understanding and abilities. I’m definitely tech-challenged. Unless that feature is on the screen thing, I can’t do anything about it. To me FORScan sounds like a flap of flesh at the end of my d$&@#.Double honk can be disabled with FORScan
Be sure to back up your configuration

Are you keeping a spare key somewhere in the car?How do I turn off the double honk alert? I turn off the headlights, I turn off the car, I open the door and the f#cking car honks at me. WTAF?

Hmmm. I've never heard this before. The system alerts you with a chime and notification on the instrument panel, but I've never gotten a double-honk. I'll have to do some testing...It’s the rear occupant alert
