Check all copies of emails and signed paperwork on your order. You are supposed to get what was available at the time of order OR what’s available now, if better. I’m not sure when the $1000 for ordering online started. You are price protected on actual vehicle for when order was placed.
I actually had to have a purchase agreement put together for financing (which will probably expire before delivery), so I know to the penny what I will be paying including tax/tag/title.

It's not just the Sport having problems for that week, Mavericks produced that week are getting emails according to Fordauthority. Hermosilo is struggling going into the shutdown apparently.

The most frustrating part is that those built mere days before ours are on their way to owners.

Any reports of units built after being shipped? If so either there was a quality control issue on that particular day or a failure to document progress.

I think everyone from 7/1 forward are “produced” they won’t use the term built, but not shipped. If anyone on here knows something different, please reply.

Some quality problem is exactly what’s I’m afraid of.

paint problems? A batch of bad parts?

they put in the 3.3 v6 turbo instead and made the BS Raptor and Maverick Raptors?! I’ll take the mistake!

My car hasn't moved from Illinois all week. Anyone else? Any chance it could've been put on a truck to Ohio from there.....?

I emailed Ford customer service asking to get confirmation of the $1000 incentive that existed when I ordered in December. They emailed back, and didn't really confirm that certificate as far as I could tell, but sent me a new personal one? A private cash offer. It came with a certificate number but the email doesn't say how much it's for! I guess at least I know I'll get something. Assuming I get my car before October because that's when it expires lol.

I’m a little nervous about a quality issue too. Trying to come up with any other option but, that seems the most plausible with the lack of information or commitment to say “built”. But I suppose I’ll take a bigger engine if I HAVE to.

The only thing that makes me think it could be quality control/missing component is my FordPass being active and all features working and now it won’t connect. I can’t think of another reason for it to not be able to connect now.

You should get whatever was in place when you ordered unless there is something better available now. Just make sure when you go in that you don’t ASK if you get it, tell them that it should be on there. My dealer put all of the discounts (price difference between window sticker and original order, $1500 off-which I thought would be $1000, and $500 taken off for the money I put down to place the order) in the purchase agreement I needed to get financing (which is going to expire before I am able to actually buy the vehicle-I waited until modules came up before applying based on the quick turnaround for shipping that the rest of the people from my build week had).

Yeah, I'm very nervous about the dealer not honoring the incentive, since they told me there wasn't one when I ordered, which wasn't true. I want to go in with some kind of proof in writing to back me up just in case. The horror stories I've read here make me nervous!

Ask them to show you the “Vincent Report” (I think that’s what it’s called). It should have all the current incentives listed. You can also ask for the archived report from when you ordered, tell them you want to compare them. They’ll just be surprised you knew about the report and might not try to take advantage of you. I don’t think it helps them out financially at all to deprive you of the discount. It comes from FoMoCo and if it is not on your signed purchase contract they wouldn’t get it unless they forged your signature on a duplicate contract which included it.

Mine has been there 4 plus days. Seems to be moving to different rail yards. Wonder if we are on the same train? Mine is headed to Virginia. Rail Car number TTGX 990444.

I've had 3 different reps now tell me my car hasn't been assigned a rail car yet. Last day I checked was Friday. That one even said she didn't know which rail company yet.
