I have been considering doing a leveling kit on my Bronco Sport Badlands for a while. It does great off road, but could use a little more clearance. Also , appearance wise, the front end looks too low for an off-roader. On the other hand I don't go off road that often and I tow a lot that lifts the front end up with my gear and trailer connected. I discovered that ZONE makes a 1" kit for the Maverick. It consists of a 1/4" preload ring for the strut spring and a 3/4" strut spacer. I installed just the strut spacer to give me 3/4" additional lift from stock. No strut grinding required. I think the results look great! The spacer is made of steel as opposed to some that are plastic, very sturdy. It is very easy to install, took two hours total.

Looks like it would make noise with that small of hole.

I have driven it, no noise or noticable difference in the way it drives. If your talking about the center hole. It's the same size as the hole in the strut tower.

Hmm, that would work on a Maverick as well... just bring it up 3/4" instead of the full 1"...
Do you have a link on that kit?

My 4wheelparts.com kit (1" front, 3/4" rear, originally marketed for Bronco Sport, but later Maverick), #4WP62207K, has a similar arrangement with spring preload spacer ring and strut spacer.. I have not installed it yet out of concern for premature CV axel wear that is common on Mavericks, so I'll need to fetch it out of my bodega and measure the thickness of that spacer ring.

I'm going to watch this thread to see how you report over time on the operation without that spring preload spacer ring being utilized... Thanks for sharing.

So far so good. I have traveled about 7,000 miles since I put it in, about 1/2 of that towing. Tires are wearing evenly, and cv joints are still fine ( knock on wood).

I don't have a link, just go to Zone and look up Maverick leveling kit, there is only one listed.
