I thought I would come back and update everyone on what has been going on with this vehicle. The person from Ford on here who asked me to private message them was nothing more than a media person who did not care about actually helping me. His answer was to keep dealing with the dealership. I also got a call yesterday from a new customer advocate while I was at a Dr appointment. I called back and left a message but of course I have not received any other calls.... except this morning. The service rep texted me that the car is ready and they are bringing it to me. They have had it since Nov 30. Twenty mins later she texts me again and says the Nav screen isn't working but they will setup an appointment for me at a later date when their screen guy is working. My immediate and final reply was that I am not accepted the vehicle that is still broken. Can you believe them? So, I have calls into 4 attorneys. Its very clear to me this dealership and Ford are trying to pull one over on me.

This is the same dealership I purchased it from. They can keep it and give me my money back.
I doubt the dealership will give you your money back. Ford may if you go Lemon Law.

Yup. That’s exactly what I’m going to do. 4 major failures and today marks day 30 that they have had the vehicle in the shop which is exactly why they were trying to force it back to me.

I quickly came to the same conclusion as you regarding the Ford reps who reply on this site. It's all a joke to make themselves look better.

My 21 OB stranded me twice within a couple weeks. Since I lost faith in both Ford and my OB I've traded it in on another vehicle. It was very off-putting the way my local Ford dealer treated me particularly since I purchased the vehicle new from them and it was still under warranty.

Good luck with your decision and I hope for your sake that you can get the lemon law to apply in your situation.

Thank you so much and sorry to hear about the problem you had with your OB.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Ford reps purpose was for statistic taking of problem areas and dealer performance. That's useful information, not only for PR reasons, but for continuous product improvement.
