Crap…it’s true guys. I can read my dip stick now. Hopefully I haven’t damaged the engine too badly running under capacity for this many miles. Thanks for the help guys!
I wonder how many lay people are driving around 1.3qts low like me due to a manual error.

I would rather run low than to much. It's probably no worse for wear. It is not a performance engine and unless you are whipping around or off camber all the time there was still enough in the pan to keep the pickup in oil.

I took a picture of the screen at the dealership when I was getting the oil changed. It was some sort of Ford technician resource.

Attached are the Engine Oil Capacities & Specs out of the 2021 Owners Manual. Quite a difference!

Is that for the 1.5 and 2.0 Eco Boost since they're both on that list at the top?
I suspect the 2.0 EcoBoost label is a link that opens the spec sheet for that engine. The photo shows the specs for the 1.5L only because the 2.0L uses 5W30 oil.

For anyone who didn't get a copy of the 1.5L Capacities and Specifications Addendum with their BS. Cheers!

No. The 2.0l has a 5.5qt capacity. The 1.5l is the only one that has changed.

Thanks guys. It’s most certainly 6.6qts for my motor. Now I’m more worried I only caught 5qts during my change. I found my oil change record from 29k miles and they used 6.6qts. I’ll assume there was a half quart in the filter left and maybe 0.2-0.3qts coating the engine and left in my catch pan, that leaves me about a quart consumed in 6000miles.
maybe it’s not too abnormal for a small turbo engine, but I’ll monitor it. My thinking is the dealer tech may have only put in 5.3qts despite charging 7 on the computer…
For a guy who has only driven beaters, it gives me intense anxiety thinking my $30k new car could be a turd!

I wouldn't spend too many worry cycles on this. Turbocharged engines generally use more oil than non-turbocharged engines. It doesn't sound like you've been checking oil level between changes, so you may not have noticed how much oil your engine uses. My advice is to monitor your oil consumption and watch for trends. If you see a significant increase over a short time THEN you should be worried. You still have many miles left of your warranty, so there's time to spot any issues that might require repairs.
