Giving up about 10,000 miles on those tires. Gotta factor that into your mileage savingsI drive 300 miles a day, mostly highway. My speeds are 70-80 mph. I average 23-24 mpg on 87 octane with tire pressures at 40 psi.

At 10,000 miles and haven’t seen any improvement. Still about 22.4.Just filed up my 1.5 16 gallons and projecting 336 miles for the tank full. On the hunt for a hybrid.
Nice. What method or app do you use to track fuel economy? Or is that the dash reading?6000km (~3730 miles) on a Badlands, average fuel usage a good mix of country roads, city driving and highway 8.6l/100km (32.8 imperial mpg or 27.3 US mpg). Not bad considering the 2l hp and vehicle shape/weight. My 2016 Forester is doing about 35mpg(imperial)/30mpg(US)
I just never reset the Trip 2 since I picked it up. I find the in dash is accurate enough over such a distance.Nice. What method or app do you use to track fuel economy? Or is that the dash reading?
I think the indicated mileage is good for trends. You were getting much better mileage at slower speeds, which makes perfect sense given the boxy shape. Aerodynamics will be the biggest factor at speeds above 70.There was a 90 minute stretch of two lane flat country roads with speed limits between 50 and 60mph. We got to these just after a fill up. At the end of that stretch the dash said 31.5 mpg.
Sounds just about right for 99% of drivers and conditions.Odometer reads around 7500 miles, about 20% has been highway, the rest around town. I've never reset Trip 1 since I drove the it off the lot last August and have watched the MPG slowly decrease until it finally stabilized a couple of months ago between 22-23mpg. At this very moment it reads 22.3mpg.
For my recent trip from LA to Moab and back (1500 miles) with about 500 additional miles of off-road driving I averaged 26.2mpg.
Key note, most of it under 70...that's a big factor. For a 2.0 that's awesome. You gotta love that kind of mpg for CUV like the Bronco.
Going to say it's a combination of elevation, stop traffic, and your foot. Most of it your foot. Easy to get better mileage with softer starts and longer smooth runs. 22 isn't crazy it's just the low end of averages. At 10,000 miles and haven’t seen any improvement. Still about 22.4.
Nice thing about the Sport is you can juice the fuel economy if you want to be a slowpoke. The brick shape seems to increase the MPG variability compared to shall we say more aerodynamic vehicles.Key note, most of it under 70...that's a big factor.
All has to be traffic. Driving like grandma and in Eco mode. Just really disappointing. This is 2022, no excuse for vehicles not having better mileage. This car feels like you’re pulling an anchor even when coasting downhill.Going to say it's a combination of elevation, stop traffic, and your foot. Most of it your foot.
