It's actually the cactus grey, but that's one of the reasons we liked the color so much. Everyone seems to see it differently. It's whiteish greenish blueish greyish.

That's exactly what I ended up doing. Set my max at $500...and they didn't budge at all. Oh well, I think the tint is fin as it is. I did give in and buy the rubber floor mats and a Yakima awning.

Got my Built confirmation today! Ordered: 7/22 Scheduled: 12/7 Built: 12/10 Delivered...Hopefully 12/28! I did have to go through Ford Sales for my VIN and just about everything else. Not even sure if my dealership know this is coming at the end of the month.

Yep, called this morning and they were able to provide the VIN. FE is currently in production! It's odd how wildly different everyone's experience has been...guess alot of the experience falls in the hands of the dealership you work with.

Ordered 7/22 and got a confirmation on Friday that my FE Cactus Grey will be built on Dec 7! No cargo management system, dealer told me that would make it late (and we have a lease ending in February)

That's what I was asking from my dealer...Didn't get much of a response back. Basically 'we have as much information as you do right now.' Though they did mention its unlikely Ford wouldn't include anything on the lower trim level that is not included on the First Edition.

Did they mention any delay to your order because of this? As long as this arrives in December/January I have no problem. We are lucky enough to have our lease ending in Feb so as long as a new order doesn't push it back too much I may do the same.

Nope, $500 (plus the original $100 for the reservation) is all that our dealership required.
