I don't like the current Escape (for a variety of reasons, styling being a major one) and to me the CX-30 is an "Escape." So even though I've had great experiences in previous Mazdas the CX-30 interests me not one bit.
A manual transmission is - for me and my wife - the only thing the Bronco Sport is missing. Would buy one in a micro-second.
(And though this isn't the Ranger5g or 6g forum, same goes for the Everest if it ever came here. Would buy it in a minute, too.)
Put a hood scoop on and you'll love it even more!
(Seriously! We had the Ford hood scoop painted to color match and installed by a local body shop. Really makes our BS BL even more "bad lands-er-er"! Nothing functional; just looks great. Makes the "baby Bronco" more Bronco-ish, less "baby.")...
Because Ford blew it when it changed the Escape for MY13.
Love our BS BL. But there were things the first and (especially) second gen Escapes had that the BS doesn't (wrt to some personal preferences). But it's really close. So, for us, the BS is the real descendant of the Escape, not that...
Have McGards (with anti-theft locking lugs) on all my vehicles. They are, in a word, awesome. I'm sure there are other great brands out there, but I've had such good luck/experience with McGard I won't use any other brand.
We have the heated steering wheel on our 23 BL. Really glad to have it, but we turn it off shortly after turning it on as it gets too warm. So I find myself missing it from time to time on the F150 (where it was deleted) and wishing there was a temp control on the BS BL (like the seats).

Hard to get a return wave these days as it seems too many drivers (of all cars) have one hand holding their coffee cup or putting on eye shadow (sadly, both men and women) and the other hand holding their phone & texting.
I have the AVS version and had to replace the tape on 3 of the 4 visors after only 15 months. That they stick to rubber in some places is the main problem, I think. Will probably try an in-channel version down the road (if they're available).
"Permanently" mount a NOCO Genius 2D. I have them on ALL my new(ish) Ford's. Plugged in as soon as I get home. Not one issue with batteries since. Previously would get a 35% or so SOC if the vehicle hadn't been used for a week.
Potentially lousy batteries couples to systems that never turn off...
Excellent coincidence. Serendipity, even!
Thank you for confirming this rim/tire combo fits! I'm doing the exact same upgrade, so while the measurements were good, I just wasn't 100% sure.
Measurements confirmed, so time to bring the new combo to local tire dude for mounting, balancing, TPMS...
Not a fan. For me, VW emphasized the wrong things from the old Type 2. It looks like a mutant Toyota Sienna. Would have preferred a new VW offering that riffed off the Vanagon.
Sometimes going "full retro update" works (like the Challenger or Bronco or VW Thing) and sometimes it doesn't (this...
My guess is that after downing (quickly) a few of these one cares not one bit about ride quality or MPG.
So when I get into one of those "I don't really care" states I am eventually reminded of my preference when I see the "Team Bronco Sport 2.0l" waterproof sticker I have affixed to the inside...
Just asking for curiosity's sake; why Colorado and not Ranger?
(Love my Eruption Green Metallic BS BL. So much so, it now has a big brother to keep it from being lonely: an EGM Bronco BL!)
