Must have changed vendors, I hope. Oh wait I know what it is, they are trying to save aluminium. Apparently the price has gone up substantially, for some reason.

It would be a whole lot cooler if the manufacturing dates were mentioned. Mines a 25 but was built in Oct of 25, so right up against the model year change.
Dates are listed in the attachments.

Thanks for this post.
I did the VIN no. search on NHTSA.gov; it was quick and easy. No recall for my vehicle. This recall will be a big deal if the engine block needs replaced. I had a 2017 Escape with 2.0 that Ford replaced the engine block under warranty. The car was out of service for 5 weeks and never performed the same.

Oh goodie, I post in the other recall thread that I have not experienced a recall yet and then before the day is over this recall is posted. My son has my Bronco so I have to wait to see if it is affected, but dang this one would be huge. I bought my car April 11th, so I am assuming the manufacturing date falls within the window. I pray I am not affected by this recall.

Yours does fall in the dates listed but doesn’t always mean it is effected.

I know it won’t affect all, but it is possible it was manufactured before this window. Unlikely though because it would have had to have been sitting on the lot for quite a bit.
