I am currently between two different lift options for my MY23 Bronco Sport Badlands. I am either considering the Bilstein B8 Terrasport Shocks / Struts or the Eibach Springs. Now The B8 Terrasport Shocks say they provide 1.25" inches of lift. Does this mean for any Bronco Sport or specifically the badlands? Their website doesn't make it entirely clear as the badlands already comes 1.5" higher than the OBX & BB.
Eibach Springs specifically say for the badlands its +1.0" in front and .75" in the rear.
Has anyone had the chance to swap out their shocks for the Bilstein B8 Terrasport / or done the Eibach spring swap? Looks for pros and cons of both and overall best for longevity.
And Yes tires will be the next part of the equation, going with Falken AT.

I just wanted to say that I don't have an answer, but have been considering similar options and am interested in the response.

As I understand it, the Bilstein Terrasport is effectively what's on the 2025 sasquatch trims. By that logic, it's likely similar overall clearance and travel to the previous model year's badlands suspension. But I may be misunderstanding that and also can't seem to confirm it anywhere...

I started looking for a shop who could install a lift in my 25BL. Talking with a rep as he was checking his suppliers he had which I cant recall the names but they didnt have kits recommended for mine. He will call around and get back to me I think the same Bilstein shocks are available in the BL as well as the Sasquatch so not many lifts going into new models slows developement.

@jonsfiend this one piece of info in Bilstein’s email “the Badlands trim already sits about 1.5" higher than other trims“ (regarding B8 Terrasport shocks and struts for 2023 Bronco Sport Badlands Edition) … the ‘23 Badlands doesn’t sit about 1.5” higher than other trims (as far as I know) so is it possible Bilstein answered for the full-size Bronco?

The Bronco Sport Badlands does sit about 1.5 higher than the outer banks, big bend, and base model from factory some refer to it as a "lift" . This is coming from a former MY22 OBX Owner I had them side by side before I traded one for the other 😂
On the badlands Its a spring lift system because it has the HOSS 2.0 System that's why Bilstein stated you must use factory springs. Also - he specifically says in the email Bronco SPORT badlands. I have a lot of faith in them I doubt they didn't do their R&D and responded with info they where not certain of. I will totally be going down this road sometime after the Holidays and keep everyone updated! (Money is a tad tight at this moment)

Basically there are 5 kinds of lifts for Badlands available.
1. Spacers front and rear.
2. Spacers front and springs rear.
3. Springs front and rear.
4. Coilovers front and springs rear.
5. Replacement struts front and spacers rear.
You just have to decide which end of the pool you want to jump in.

Someone on this board did make their own air suspension setup that I thought was interesting.

Yeah I was going to do the Eibach Spring lift with 245 tires made me feel best since it wouldn't put too much stress on any components of the vehicle. But with Bilstein dropping their shock set I knew it was the most reliable and non warrantee voiding option around. No disrespect to Flat-out - HRG or any of these company's offering these lift kits with spacers and other questionable longevity issues. I had Bilstein's on my 150 and it was an overlanding off-roading monster. They always get my vote of confidence and surprisingly not costly install or material!

So I measured the height of my BL and it had almost 1-1/2” more ground clearance. Its funny how little that is and you would barely notice without the tape.

I'm interested as well. I have a '25 OBX Sasquatch. This may be what I've been looking for.

So in my search for lift options all the hesitation by manufacturers seems to be because of the addition of the hoss 3.0 Sasquatch upgrade. Previous years of the badlands already use the 2.0, am I correct? Because then I ejould be able to use a levelling kit for the 2024 BL.
