Here's the scenario, I have 4 pages of presets enabled. The radio station I programmed on page 1, position 2, changed formats to something I have absolutely no interest in listening to. I have looked at the manual (link below), and I can't seem to find a way to remove a preset. I can of course simply store a new value in that slot, but what I really want is to just deleted it and have the rest of them just slide over. Is this possible? The manual doesn't talk about it, so I'm doubting it, but who knows. Sometimes there are tricks left out of manuals.

Otherwise I'm going to have to painstakingly reprogram each position, and I have no clue how to get rid of what will end up being a duplicate at the very end. I guess a second question, if you remove pages, do the presets disappear and when you add it back they are gone?

Sad to say but after looking into this a bunch myself, the "easiest" way to do it (THEY say) is to do a Master Reset and start from scratch. i have NOT done this, as i don't know what else gets reset and don't care to find out.

i went through the drill of resaving the next preset in line from the one i wanted deleted in place of the one i wanted to delete, and so on, and so on... until i got the order i wanted. tedious but it worked.

Ugh, that is what I was afraid of. Like you, there is no way I'm doing a master reset for that! Thanks for the reply.

... going to have to painstakingly reprogram each position ...
Could have easily reprogrammed them in the time it took to post. :D

You know, you don't have to reply if you have nothing of value to add.

And you underestimate how fast I can type versus how long it takes to bubble down 4 pages of presets, while still not solving having a duplicate at the end.

Perhaps it is time for the troll to go back under his bridge...

I feel your pain! On my Ford F150, I kept loosing the accessory power to the radio (hot always lead). I got real good at setting up the stations (only 5 though) and the treble, bass, fade, etc twice a week.

Finally found the culprit. It was a dirty connection at the battery positive post that fed the fuse box.

What if you retuned just that one channel with a "static" channel (one that is not in your area)?

4 pages of preset? I only have 2. 2021 Big Bend. But i do have the coveted anti scratcher seat belt fuzzy covers?
Am I missing updates that could either make life easier or give me a headache?

I believe you need to select another station to replace it. As another person commented, if you don’t have another station of interest, simply program two presets with the same station.

You probably aren't missing anything, I just like music a lot and advertisements very little, so I switch stations frequently. Plus I bounce back and forth between two cities 120 miles apart.

I know this is an old thread, but just came to say the '25's have five pages of presets.

I believe there is a setting in the Sync screen to set how many pages you want to display. I have mine set to 2 pages.

Ha, I didn’t even know we have pages. The reception is so bad where I am that we don’t even listen to the radio. :crying:
