2025 bumper mount rally lights with custom bracket

Had a custom light bracket made by a local shop mounting directly to the existing bronco bolts. Had them put channel grooves in the top to mount thru so lights can be adjusted left and right as preferred. Used silicone gasket behind the mount to preserve the metal on the bumper. Can confirm that the exposed green wire just inside the front left fender well is a hot wire to toggle switch #2. Just connect the lights hot wire there and ground the other.​

These lights come with a prewired switch in the harness. Rather than cut it out of the harness I left it in place and leave the harness switch in the "on" position zip wired in a neat bundle right inside the left fender well. When the power is off there is no juice running to it so no worries on battery drain. If you ever decide to take it out you still have an intake harness to sell or use elsewhere. There is a small opening just beside the left headlight you can run your wires through easily.

Sorry it took so long. The guy did this mostly freehand. Here's the measurements and some pictures. And decent metal worker should be able to replicate this.

I saw that post too and that's for the bracket only...no light bar. Not sure they noticed that. I feel pretty confident you could get one from Mike for wayyy less, but then there's shipping. I'm not a fan of those bar lights and that's what prompted me to have Mike's shop make me one. Matter of fact, the HRG bracket was the inspiration for the one they made for me. I'll probably put two more Auxbeams on there in the future, the reason behind the slotted grooves in mine.

I've got the exact same lights in both Amber and white, I was thinking of mounting the four of them on a custom bar above the windshield between the roof rails but I do like the looks of your setup, and like you I think four lights down there would be pretty good

I'll get one tonight and post it but I'm doing the same thing. Now that I've got the setup and switches all done I'll be adding two more to the bar.

I did a mock up on chat GPT just before picking up my BS.... Gives an idea of the look even though the lights in the image are slightly larger than what the ox beams would actually be.
