So after exactly 3 years and 60k miles with my 2022 Big Bend my lease was coming into an end so I needed to get into something new. I loved my Bronco Sport so I definitely wanted another one but am not super keen on the 2025 changes. Thankfully I was able to find what has to be one of the last 2024 Heritage Editions out there, and equipped exactly like I want: Robin's Egg Blue, Convenience Package, and Co-Pilot 360+.

I picked it up a few weeks ago at the end of April and I'm absolutely loving it! I'm not sure if it's just a placebo of having a new vehicle but I feel like it's possibly slightly better built than my 2022? It feels a tiny bit more solid and smoother. I absolutely love the color, and have already got compliments on it. I've not seen too many REB on the road.

Truthfully I really wanted a 24 Badlands but there weren't any left equipped how I wanted so I'm happy with this as a second option.

Also if I'm allowed I'd like to shout out Bob Maxey Ford in Howell, Michigan. One of the best dealers I've worked with. Gave me the best trade-in value on my 22, got me my Heritage for not much more than I was already paying for my Big Bend, sale was super smooth with no pressure or other issues, and was just a great all around experience.

Not when you figure in a year of depreciation.
We get it. You think buying a 24 was a bad idea. Maybe they are investing the money they saved and that investment will out gain the depreciation. Would it then be a good strategy? He also is partial to the 24’s over the 25’s.

I don't care. I'm happy with what I got and thats what matters at the end of the day. Not like its a catastrophic loss in value. Helps that the BS seems to hold it's value better than most other crossovers in it's class.

Does the Heritage have the 4 cylinder 2.0 Eco Boost? If so how do you like it compared to the 3 cylinder 1.5 Eco Boost that was in the Big Bend?

Once I accidentally bleached some jeans and the same thing happened!
Congrats on the find. It's nice when someone preordered a vehicle the way you would have.

The Badlands is the only Bronco Sport that comes with the 2.0L engine, all others have the 1.5L. I keep hoping the 2.0 becomes available in the other models in the near future., but I'm not betting on it.

In 2023 there was a BS Heritage Limited with the 2.0
