I ordered a kit from f150leds com . I have a 24 BS Badlands. The video they provide as instructions on YouTube shows to use the brown with blue wire as power and black with green tracer as ground on the driver's side headlamp. This does not work. I tested lights with 9 volt and they work I tried turning all lights on, started vehicle and everything and they would never come on. Any help please? I've tried researching on here and cannot find a definitive answer. Thank you

Figured it out, sorry and can't see how to delete thread. Didn't see that there was a blank pin and was using the 2nd instead of 3rd wire. I bought one of the harness extenders. Used the right one and it works good.

Purchased the same ones for my BB. I mounted them higher in my grill which I felt would look betted but required drilling holes for the wiring and used black RTV to glue/seal them in place

FYI, the F150LED Gen 3 grill lights do NOT fit the '25 OB or BL. I confirmed the size with them (2-1/4" x 1/2" x 1/2") and they're too wide.

The maximum dimension of a light module that will fit in those grilles is 1-3/4" x .5" x .5" (44.45mm x 12.7mm x 12.7mm). This was verified by 3D printing a test block for fitment.

'25 BB and Heritage folks, YOYO.

also FYI grille marker lights have a purpose they are required for vehicles over 80" in width to alert other drivers of the vehicles dimensions. this is why they are on the Raptor in the first place. the sport is just over 74" wide not counting the mirrors.

They do have a legitimate purpose, but in the case of the Raptor and TRX, not exactly according to Hoyle. Ford puts them there to meet fed regs, but skirts the edge of them.

Here’s the official verbiage from the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard Number 108 that describes how identification lamps should be placed on any vehicle 80 inches or wider (italics mine): "On the front and rear—3 lamps, amber in front, red in rear, as close as practicable to the top of the vehicle, at the same height, and as close as practicable to the vertical centerline, with lamp centers spaced not less than 6 inches or more than 12 inches apart. Alternatively, the front lamps may be located as close as practicable to the top of the cab."

So, a fashion statement as much as anything.

And the raptor being an F150 doesn’t have the marker lights on top of the cab that the super duty trucks do, so ford went with grille markers to be compiant.
So we're clear on terminology (because that's never caused a problem here ;)), clearance lights are the two at the outboard ends of the cab, identification lights are the cluster of three between them, and marker lights run the length. All motor vehicles in the US since 1968 have marker lights (motorcycles only required reflectors). I only bring that up because of the mish-mosh of what Ford includes and where. FMVSS 108 is very loosely interpreted in the light truck segment, and only properly adhered to in the 250's & up.

Clearance & identification are not available on 150, identification only on the 150 Raptor (and not properly in compliance because of both placement and lack of clearance lights), optional on the 250/350, standard on the 450 & above.

What they also failed to include is the ICC switch for flashing the clearance and identification lights. I'm not even sure if it's included in the Super Duty's.

Sounds like the raptor should actually also have the roof cab lights also then. Interesting. And no im not aware of any super duty where the roof lights flash without an added module to an upfitter switch or relayed from the hazard switch
On commercial rigs, it looks like this (the symbol is standard, the labeling may differ. It's a momentary off function. The standard practice is--or was--to indicate to a passing driver that their trailer is clear and they may safely change lanes, also to acknowledge a courtesy from another driver):
