Ford doesn't have a hatchback to sell to me. BS is the closest thing to having a gen 8 Fiesta. :) What's wrong with bringing this car a little closer to that ideal?
There's nothing wrong it. I have Focus RS and love it but, i needed more cargo room. Hence, my BS. Sucks how ford decided to discontinue they're hatchback line up. And i believe the fusion isn't long for this world.

Ew. I forgot that thing exists.
On a serious note. Lots of people coming to the Bronco Sport from SUVs and trucks but seem to ignore that for some it will be their first SUV. I love small Fords of the old. Rally Escrots. RS2000 in group B. Sierra cosworth. Focus RS. Ken Block's gymkhana cars are sooo cool. The brand has this duality that appeals to flag-waving-plaid-shirt-wearing-lumberjack-cosplay-Americans and europhiles alike. So what's wrong with having the car 1" lower and a little tighter around a corner?
your money your car, personally I'd say that's not what the vehicle was designed for. It's just a car in the end, and while not heinous I just wouldn't do that to a Bronco.

Reviving this older post since I haven’t seen a response. I know I’m in the minority in thinking here but I’d love a lowered Bronco (maybe the latino in me) Anyone know if they make lowering springs for our BSs yet. For Escapes since their cousins of the BS?

Not that I have done any research on it but I think your thoughts of looking at Escape parts is probably a good place to start. After that I would start to look and see what other Ford vehicles might share suspension components like the lower control arms.

Guys, Guys, think it through.
I’m not suggesting anyone do an East LA slam like the home boys do but !
You drop a BS say 1.5 inches with properly tuned shorter springs and tuned damping you’d have one BADAZZ vehicle that handled closer to the Mini Cooper.
It would be way cool.
To each his own. But I’d hope they would spend the coin to do it correctly. :’P

No “hate” from me. To each his/her own. It is your vehicle, do what you like and fits your needs.

there are custom springs shop out there may able to do this. a quick google came up with a few. I had custom springs in my Miata initially so it kept the ride height but stiffer....originally meant for passing inspection.

100% agree with Osco, I wouldn't do it to my BS. but it certainly has a neat look. I'd hope people who do this does it right with proper damping setup and suspension geometry. The stock dampers are not going to be meant for a set of stiffened lowering springs.

I just saw a G Wagon with probably 22 or 23" wheels and super low profile tires on the road...what would really will top it off is an Ineo Grenadier slam to the ground.

Look over on Mavericktruckclub.com There are some neat looking lowered Mavericks there. Believe some say they are using Escape lowering springs.

It would interesting to know if any aftermarket companies offer lowering components for a Badlands model. Let’s face it about 90% of these vehicles will never see off road use, a gravel road is about the closest they will get. I have owned quite a few Ford SUV’s, starting with a ‘74 Bronco Ranger, a ‘91 Explorer, Two Bronco II’s, and Lincoln Aviator non of them have seen a gravel road let alone “off road”. I prefer my SUV’s with normal radial tires and to sit lower than stock. I am interested in a Badlands only because it has the 4cyl. instead of the ridiculous 3cyl. ( my motorcycle has four cylinders, why would I want an SUV with 3?)

Ok guys I did it. I lowered my 2023 Bronco Sport at 2” with the ford escape AWD lowering springs from Steeda. I also put 22” wheels with 255/35r22 tires. No rubbing. This is what it’s looks like. +40 mm Motive 22” wheels

Pretty cool man. I don't knock the lowered look, if you're pretty much only driving on the streets. I like to lower my sports cars when I've had them, including most recently my Mustang.

Can you provide a pure side profile pic?

You did good! Do you have any side views of the BS? I prefer my vehicles lower than stock and have been eyeing a BS for quite awhile . What part number springs/ shocks did you use?
thanks!
