A bit disappointed with magnaflow. Happy that they decided to make something for the BS. But they cut corners, in order to offer a universal axle-back for either engine. Would have preferred a true cat back, especially for the price they're selling this at.
But who knows, they might offer a...
to be honest. in terms of noise. I can barley notice a difference. That being said, my stereo is usually blasting. So I'm practically deaf at this point.
no worries. I was drinking the entire afternoon when I replied. 1.3 and 1.5 was looking the same to me. after loosing the clamp. the hose comes off without any effort. The corrugated portion feel really soft.
but here the part ...
All fair points. Cost, NVH, predictability, and reliability, are what car manufacturers are usually after.
But you missed what I posted originally. Quicker Turbo spool due to less turbulent air flow. I cut enough of the hose, to ensure there is flex to accommodate for engine movement. This is...
Not my particular cup of tea. But, someone might like them. ?♂️

They sound amazing. Can't remember what car show I was at. but I heard rx8 with a 3 rotor build(bridgeport'd). Loud as F, and because of the bridging. It had this weird idle sound. Almost sounded like a rally style anti-lag system. Pretty to look at but, that bitch is going to take all you...
For me, a high revving NA 4 banger sound great. Like the f20, K20, 2L duratec(euro). Jump onto YT and list to a S2000 with open headers. The exhaust from the flat fours (Subaru and Porsche), are the only turbo'd 4 I like.
Just list to any puma ST or fiesta ST MK8 on YT. and you'll get any...
I would of loved a manual too. knowing how to drive stick, is a skill you shouldn't forget. But Ford did have a AWD with stick setup recently. But dropped it. My Focus RS has that set up. I think we'll only see a stick/AWD vehicle outside of North America.
Is it vibration or aerodynamics? I noticed the hood movement and high speeds as well. But, concluded its turbulent air or pressure under hood, being drawn out. Don't think there's much we can do about that. Either add weight or find a better way to vent the pressure.
Well, a few years ago. my friend got one off ebay. I don't remember the brand but, it was i like $20 and it connects via bluetooth to his phone. he plugged it in and turned his car. the damn thing sparked and never turned on. The ODB port wasn't dead thankfully. But there was...
Check out Blue Driver. It's the one I got, and love it.

But, there's a whole bunch available online. Just don't go cheap, it may damage your vehicle(s).
This is a interesting thread. Don't know about you folks. But, i've named or gave a title to all the vehicles I've owned.

2003 Accord Coupe 6SPD - Blue bomber (Stolen:mad:)
2008 Volvo S40 T5 AWD - Black Swede (traded)

That's good to hear. I'm really chasing aesthetics and closing the wheel/fender gap. In the absence of a lowering kit. I'll just fill the gap with more rubber. This bronco will end up looking like a toy, at some point.
