My neighbor has a '23 Big Bend, and I noticed that it does not have a fuse box cover in the passenger footwell.
Is this another deleted item?
When I search for the part numbers on my fuse box cover, I don't get any hits of Ford Parts sites, with a message that the number is wrong or the part is discontinued. But there are a few used parts on eBay.

It’s quite common to be missing and Ford put out a notice that it’s no longer replaced free under warranty

mine was replaced under warranty for ā€˜22 Badlands

here’s the part #, it’s online but I didn’t check availability. Here is one of many links. The part # you posted is different than mine.

That's a totally different part than the one on the floor, just above the edge of the floor liners, just ahead of the passengers feet.

Didn’t realize that was missing too on some BSs. As you stated, I found the part you posted only used on ebay. Does it look like this one in ebay?

The part you posted about should be installed by a Ford dealership free under warranty. The only Ford memo I’ve seen is for M1PZ-78046A25-AA.

Many BSs were produced missing M1PZ-78046A25-AA and Ford stated that part is no longer replaced free under warranty.

There is no similar memo I can find for the part you posted so should be free under warranty.

Yes, that's the part that I removed from my '24 Badlands, in order to get the Part Number off of it. Now I can't seem to get it reinstalled. :(
Fractured hip (1978) , shattered knee (1989), and other old age problems limiting my ability to crawl under the dash.
I'll try again tomorrow..

Now I'm curious. Another missing part perhaps? I have to go out and look now. :ontheloo:

My BS is missing the cover over the fan assembly. am thinking about getting the missing panel but have a couple of questions regarding the missing panel.

Does the panel come with any needed fasteners or is that an extra item?
Is the panel easy to attach and remove myself?
I can see the panel in the top of the picture with a fuse symbol. If I need to get to the fuses is that panel easy to remove and if I add the fan cover panel does that interfere with removing the fuse panel?

Also interestingly on the Parts.Ford.com web site the description mentions usage 10/26/2020 - 11/11/2024. I am guessing that is when they stopped building the 24 BS. Was the instrument panel on the 25 models redesigned to the point that the panel would not fit a 25 model or was the panel completely deleted and therefore not listed as a part for the 25 model year?

takes 2 seconds to install the cover you are missing. it fits into the two slots in the fuse panel cover and then uses 2 plastic push pins for the front edge into that metal railing in your picture. if they dont come with the cover you can get them cheaply at an auto parts store.
