They basically blaming us for the damaged the lift caused and we didn’t know that it wasn’t factory no one told us only 3 to 4 months old I’m ready to set fire to it and have a beer or three

Have you tried contacting Ford customer service?

As I mentioned in my previous post, I would contact a 4WD specialty shop that installs lifts and see about having them go over what you currently have and correcting the install or returning your BS back to stock. Obviously this would be on your own dime but at least you could get back to some kind of normalcy.
Then as someone else mentioned, possibly taking legal action.

I assume a kit something like this has been installed on your BS

They don’t care all they said they contact the dealer and basically we shouldn’t bought it with the aftermarket kit and bigger tires and it was a dealer to dealer swap

How are you so sure it was a dealer swap? Maybe the dealer bought it used as is….

honestly, this is an easy problem to solve - remove all the lift components and you are back to OEM.

Our Bigbend had front lift put on by Trick Trucks who also had an alignment done at the same time.
We run 235 65 17 Wildpeak AT Trail and have had no issues at all. This has to be a lift that was improperly installed. I'm so sorry to hear your troubles but after lifting nearly every 4x4 I've owned albeit reasonable only up to 2" at most - I have never run into this type of problem.
This has to be a poor install with maybe an earlier cheaper kit and sadly you are victim of the results.

It is probably a spacer lift which means remove the spacers, check assemblies up front and get it aligned. It is not the Bronco's fault.

If you bought the vehicle new, I'd check the lemon laws in your state.

As for buying a full size Bronco, it gets horrible gas miileage. I have a lifted diesel Superduty that I can hardly afford to drive because of Biden raising the cost of fuel. I want something that gets decent mileage and is off road capable. The Badlands does that well, although it will do it better once I finish installing the driver's side skid plate and get a lift kit installed.

If you purchased a new car from a Ford dealer and they did not disclose to you that it had an aftermarket suspension that they installed and the warranty would be voided because of that, then I would be contacting a lawyer to see what my options are.
That is if this is a brand new vehicle purchased from a Ford dealer that installed the lift.

If a dealership modified a new vehicle then sold it as a new vehicle with a warranty then that dealership is obligated to either honor the warranty, or restore the vehicle to like-new condition (i.e. remove the lift kit). No one here can help you with this problem--you need to contact an attorney.

Yes I know no one can help us and we just wanted to know what others thought we should do but I’ll not ask another question here kinda seemed rude
Richard, I'm sorry if I came across as rude--that wasn't my intent. It wasn't until your 9th post on this issue that it became clear to me that this was a NEW vehicle modified by a Ford dealership and sold as new, with a new vehicle warranty. At that point it's clear--to me at least--this is a legal issue. Getting advice from forums like this can be useful for dealing with certain kinds of issues, but they are a bad option for legal advice. This was the impetus for my last post. I'm confident the involvement of an attorney--perhaps even the THREAT of such--will prompt the dealership that modified the vehicle to take care of you.

I've heard great reviews on lifts and reviews such as this one. Me personally, if I wanted another lifted vehicle, I would have bought the bigger (and more capable) brother. I'm just not "off road" enough to justify the greater expense of the parts, labor and everyday expenses. I have to agree with several others, revert to stock & enjoy what you have.
