I just purchased a used 2023 Bronco Sport Heritage with 7,500 miles on it from a BMW/Jaguar dealer. Why the guy traded down to a BMW or Jag is beyond me. The tire specs call for 225/65R17 but it has 245/65R17 on it. I found the paperwork in the glove box where they were changed at 800 miles. They look great but is it ok to go up 2 sizes like that?
I went to 245 when I replaced mine. Looks great, no noticable change in milage.

Yes. Plenty of people here, me included have gone up to 245/65/17 tires. That size is just about the biggest tire you can put on the Sport without it rubbing.
Hi. Just wanted to know if the 245/65/17 would affect the warranty. I’m about to purchase some for my ā€˜23 BL.

I would highly doubt it.

You should be okay. I believe you can even fit 245/70/17. Not too many posts about it but the ones who have on stock wheels say they don’t rub. I ordered some myself to confirm.
