I’ve seen a few places that on the ā€˜23 models it doesnt work. What I can’t remember is if it was the Bronco and/or Bronco Sport

Hey, that was over two years ago! You don't really expect me to remember something that far back do you?
At least it was documented Mark!

About 3 months ago, I disabled the start/stop feature on our BL using the information here in this forum. Works like a charm. Got rid of seat belt chimes, any other chime I could get my hands on, added bambi lights, and so on. All for $0.00.

I'm leery of diving into FORSCAN for our 23 BL while still under the B2B warranty.

So I went with a solution that works flawlessly on our Ranger: plug a low voltage LED night light into the 120v outlet.

Sadly, on the BL it's only been intermittently successful. Meaning, on some trips it always works, on other trips no or sometimes.

As a result, FORSCAN is definitely in play. Just not right now.

I dont find it a big deal to press the button on the dash to turn it off if not needed or wanted in certain situations.
My auto start stop works great, its practically invisible, which if working properly is how it should be.

I also use the nightlight. But mine works 100% of the time. You just need to be sure to plug one in that draws enough current, and be sure to tape over any daylight sensor to be sure the nightlight is energized all the time. This is the exact ones I ordered and work 100% of the time, for me anyway.

Exactly the ones we have/use. ?

Thought the exact thing about the light sensor. Taped it over last Friday. But haven't been out again to test it out.

Where did you plug it in? Back of console or in the way-back?

We've had the most success in the way-back; hoping the sensor tape-over brings us to 100% effective (like in the Ranger).

Back of the console. I don't have an outlet in the way back.
