Exactly. I carry 2 fobs all the time. The BS and my Mach-E both have that same fat fob. Our old Escape fob was at least a little thinner.I just want a smaller one. Other makes are about half the size.
My tight Wranglers don’t leave much room in the pockets for key fobs.I’ve never heard anyone from Texas say this about anything.
I was cross shopping Hondas when I bought my BS. Their fobs are maybe about half the size, both in length and thinness.Exactly. I carry 2 fobs all the time. The BS and my Mach-E both have that same fat fob. Our old Escape fob was at least a little thinner.
I wish they had an option for just a tiny proximity authorization fob. I rarely use the actual buttons.
This is the one I have also.
Does it say BRONCO on the other side? It should. How many different types of fobs are there, and is any one of them better or worse?
23 Heritage, and I got a couple of very basic fobs - unlock, lock, panic and convenience key. I keep seeing threads and pics with other features like remote start or liftgate unlock. Ford going minimalist on fobs? Yes, I have and use the app as well as the b-pillar buttons. Just wondering about the fob evolution.

Apologies, I meant the OP. I wonder if he was given a generic fob.
It’s branded, just not embellished.Apologies, I meant the OP. I wonder if he was given a generic fob.
Dang! Maybe that’s why everybody asks me if I have a Ford keyfob in the front pockets of my wranglers even when I walk somewhere! ?My tight Wranglers don’t leave much room in the pockets for key fobs..
