Hmmm maybe you caught him on a bad day. He was more hopeful in this reply to me:

I emailed them today too!

I just got back from the Texas Off-Roadeo. They couldn't believe that the app didn't support my vehicle. My setup would be able to out-perform any of the base Sports out there, and I'd bet keep up with the big boys on many of the trails. Come on Ford, let US decide if we can tackle a particular trail or not.

I experienced the same discrimination at the Bronco Off Roadeo in Texas. We did more cruising down paved highways than off-road.
