I'm with you Mike. I just changed over to Mobil 1 also. I only have about 900 miles on mine, but am driving to Atlanta ( 2000 + miles) next week. Then it will be Mobil 1 (full synthetic) and Motorcraft (FL-910S) every 5000 miles or annually.

I'm with you Mike. I just changed over to Mobil 1 also. I only have about 900 miles on mine, but am driving to Atlanta ( 2000 + miles) next week. Then it will be Mobil 1 (full synthetic) and Motorcraft (FL-910S) every 5000 miles or annually.

A brief explanation for the name Spooky. Area51 paint changes color shade depending on how much sunlight displayed. But, from the X-Files, Mulders nickname "Spooky". I appropriated it and use it as a female designation. The truly spooky aspect of this vehicle is just how well it drives, both in acceleration, smooth comfortable ride, maneuverability over various road conditions and consistent mileage (26-28mpg) for a basic brick with a 3cyl motor! I'm writing this while watching the X-Files, lol!?

To all of you with the mileage...did you have any issues with fuel leakage caused by injector failure, regardless of the TSB recall?

about 15.000 km .. no problems whatsoever, except a window got stuck ... easy and free fix.
btw - what the hell are miles? Did you know that only three countries in the world still use this imperial nonsense? Myanmar, Liberia and... the US

Hey .. with all respect ... it's not a choice to be different. It's rather being alien to 99.7 % of the world, a bit self-centered and insular, I might say. But, never mind ... it's after all an American site ... and I have a calculator.
