Sorry about a slight hijack ... regarding the faulty update.
I have auto-update turned off for a while.
should I leave it turned off and wait for a while before turning it on?
Here is the latest about this issue:
- First off - I noticed its my own number that's displayed..??!! ... as if I was calling myself or making
a call ... ?
- yes - with a timer running, as if it was waiting for something.
- I completely disconnected and removed the phone from the car sync...
Thanks for the response.
I will try to disconnect and reconnect the phone.
BTW - it's never connected with a cable. Works wireless when I get a call and I hear and speak directly to the dashboard/speakers ... phone somewhere in the car, in a bag, etc.
Please let me know if there are any more...
Hi All,
lately I'm getting a notification on the screen "End Call" ... even though there is no call on the iPhone, nor missed or recent.
While this is displaying music stops.
When touching "End Call" no reaction until I shut off the car or disable Ford Pass connectivity.
Any Ideas?
Thanks
Not sure ... why yes ... is this a question or a statement? I just like your metal Bronco at the back and think all should come with it ... as, btw, the big Broncos do.
Not sure why I'm getting this post again but:
I totally agree with CableXJ about the block heater issue. There is no way to rout it out through he front, other than squeeze and maybe damage it between hood and frame. I rout it out with a short extension ... backwards ... out where the wipers...
Thank you friend!
But its not just north of the border ... its the rest of the world!
Only 3 outsider countries on the globe operate in miles/imperial ... Liberia, Myanmar (former Burma) and the US
Isn't it about time to get with it?
No offense ... just pushing the envelope. :)
Here is what I know - according to other input:
Mine had a regular battery and because of low voltage (Radio / startstop issues / not enough power) I brought it to the dealer and they replaced it with a AGM battery. They probably knew that it wasn't a faulty battery but simply short distances...
It did not appear all the time, so not occurring when you want to show to the mechanic. They first suspected a loose cable reg. transmission (or parking brake, can't remember) and they replaced it.
But the noise came back. Then they just adjusted / fastened a foam pad, diver side, at firewall...
Sap, Bird poo, etc. .. that's exactly when one of these ceramic or graphene coatings are outstanding ... and lasts for a long time/month. Minimal effort to put on and maintain.
Its an Outer Banks, two years driving - no problems, except a whirring noise under the hood, near dashboard, driver side, which they fixed. Otherwise ... nothing.
That could lead into lengthy articles. But I'll make it as short as possible.
I do not remember all product names now and I'm not at home.
Right after delivery washed with a car detergent that takes off all waxes etc., then used "Clean Slate" to make sure all is gone, then applied a Graphene...
