Mine has been at different places in illinois since the 13th and now it appears it is in Chicago area and says shipment interchange delivered so I am assuming it changed trains. i don’t think it is going to be delivered by sept 28- Oct 4 as long as it has been in IL. No surprise I guess with how this whole process has gone! ??

Yours is in Illinois already? I wonder if mine is too. I don’t know how to look up trains. The one tracker app never provided rail info.

The only tracker that has worked for me is Norfolk Southern Phone number. The number is 800-635-5768. then you have to listen and hit 2 and then 2 again. Then it will ask for your railcar number. You have to type in the corresponding letters and numbers. Dont speak them or it doesn’t work right. i think mine is on Union Pacific but that phone number doesn’t work for me.

So I don't get Ford emails, and the dealer has been helpful - but basically provides the same info as what I can find on the tracker. Was pleased ecstatic to see an update today that we are to the shipping stage. Any guesstimates on an ETA from here?

Ford chat just told me my OBX was shipped via UP, but they don't have a rail car number and sometimes they never get them. Does that sound right? It was shipped on 9/20. Is it just too soon to get one?

I just called Ford. They told me I was in transit but not rail car listed yet. She explained that Sport is loaded on rail car, marking it “in transit” but wouldn’t get rail car until it actually leaves. That makes no sense though. They know what car they loaded it on.
