When first released, I asked if itāll fit the Big Bend Black Diamond - should - but havenāt gotten confirmation. I canāt imagine that the bolt pattern is different than the Sasquatch packages.
Rally skid for '21-'24 Base, Big Bend, Outerbanks.
No dents, installed for about 3 months, pulled off before we updated my wife's rig to a ā25 Sport.
Hardware included.
I've got it listed on eBay, but if you're near Tulsa, Oklahoma we can arrange something in person and more beneficial to...
That is interesting - I've not looked at the two mount points on the BL vs. the Big Bend - but yeah, it would never have supported my weight standing on it like that on hers. Glad to see it.
The Ford Ranger Lifts bar really isn't much more than a light mount. I wouldn't trust it for more than a bump - at least on the '21-'24 models.
Now if somebody comes up with a mount that also extends to the recovery hook points on the Badlands, we might have a contender.
My personal...
Just as an assist, because Iām not the first, wonāt be the last. If you find the pictured grommet, it goes between the air intake box and connected to the battery mount plate (about where the red circles areā¦).
Had Fordās mobile service replace the battery on the recall, and got a check engine...
Wife updated from her ā21 Big Bend to a ā25 with Black Diamond package. Time to add some lights, but searches are not resulting any results!
Looking for pics of front fog and/or off road lighting on the 2025 bumper or bull bar. Anybody?

Link to pics nearly 2 years ago on the HRG 1.5". Still glad I did it. No issues, no change in handling.
Not at all! I'm glad it's been useful. The youtube video increments viewers periodically, but not a lot of feedback, so never know.
Rally Innovations has been one of the few 3rd parties to actually do much for the Sports, so glad they are still pursuing it. Hope you enjoy your '25...
Nicely done! Wasn't quite an option since I have the light bar, side lights (separate switch) and antenna coax I was trying to run, but the lower gauge wire w/o insulation gives you a cleaner install.
Not gonna lie - kinda suprised by the activity on my 2 year old thread today!
Not being dense! ? I wasnāt real obvious on the rest of the wire routing, and just took a couple of pictures for clarity. Probably should have added a bit at the end of that video. I attached the wire hider to the molding. I was never sure how well or if it could be removed, and I usually opt to...
I didnāt contact them, but after doing similar research Iām not surprised. There are some customs coming out of Mexico, but Iām not seeing the same activity in the US.
Just as info, no the Ford Ranger Lifts bull bar does not tie into where the the BadLands recovery hooks bolt into. There is no way it would support a winch or even a bump vs another vehicle. Looks great, donāt get me wrong, but itās not structural. Just another light bar. Iāve got it on a...
Agreed on that it's too expensive for what it is..... and I've got a recovery ring that is already in the receiver when I'm not towing. Just looking for something that gets under the bumper for protection.
...more like the aftermarket skid plates that are available for the front bumper...
Iām thinking through protecting the rear bumper from getting torn up if I come off a drop off. No interest in crawling or the like, but Iāve already come down pretty hard on the receiver once. Not finding anything BS specificā¦and wondering how others may have addressed.
Maybe something like...
