Since Ford felt that it wasn't necessary to have led lights on the rear of the Bronco Sport like it does on the rest of the vehicle, I replaced the rear turn signals, reverse lights and brake lights with led versions. I have listed the items that I used below and also have had no hyperflash issues with any of them. The reverse lights make a huge difference at night with the rear back-up camera visibility. Total cost for everything was around $50.

Unlike the bulbs that others have posted, these DO NOT require any additional resistors.

These are my modifications to my vehicle that I did myself and verified that they were working before posting here so that anyone who wants to do the same doesn't have to spend an eternity to find the ones that actually work.

Nice, thanks for saving us all the trouble and posting the links, this is the first thing I usually do to a car.

Have to assume there was a reason to build the whole car LED and then "forget" those 3 specific lamps. 100% LEDs is gonna suck in the ice.

It's probably a cost saving thing for Ford. Six incandescent bulbs cost less that $10. If they build 5,000 Bronco Sports a month, at a savings of $40 per vehicle over putting in led's, that amounts to a 2.4 million dollars savings for Ford over a years time (5,000x40x12). For the owner to replace the bulbs (once you have the led bulbs) takes less than 10 minutes per side.

It's possible. The good news is if they do you just put the incandescent lights back in for the winter. Some use winter tires, why not winter lights too? ?

It definitely was a cost saving decision. My '19 Ranger Lariat CC came with a mixture of lights. The grill turn signals, mirror turn signals, mirror courtesy lights, side maker lights and rear license plate lights were all incandescent bulbs. I replaced all with bulbs from Diode Dynamics. Ford had to cut costs some where to cover the cost of the tail light assemblies that cost $1500 a piece and have a core charge because of the BLISS system radar module.

I wouldn't slam anyone for posting their experiences changing their lighting.
Sure there is another thread with links, but these are different bulbs, which I welcome to see the options. But I will say I want to see pictures of the posted bulbs in action!

The main reason that I went for these bulbs is that they do not need any extra resistors. Some of the ones that others posted, and others didn't fully read before commenting, stated right in the description of the bulbs that external resistors were required and I didn't want to go that route. It's been two weeks and I still have had zero problems.

I will try and get some pictures for you to see them in action.

Here are the pictures of the installed bulbs on my Badlands. The first time I used the back-up camera at night with the original bulbs, I immediately said that they had to go. The photo of the reverse camera shows exactly what you see with the replacement bulbs - definitely night and day (no pun intended).

Following these links to Amazon, I get a warning that these do not fit the 2021 Bronco Sport.
