I really like the look of that set up. I am still due a full size spare from the dealer, though I am losing the will to care (I can't remember the last time I actually used a spare). It looks like you have the deck on the lower setting with the spare in place and the jack located off to the left in the foam? I tried to flip my mini spare but had issues figuring out how to put the jack in without it rattling around. I hadn't considered your location, but might have to give it another go now. Would be nice to be able to utilize all that space in the middle of the spare.

I want to do the same thing with my wife's BB. When it needs tires I am going to add a full-size spare tire, since I already have a matching rim.

I have 42000 points of which I won't use considering I'm not interested in any Ford accessories and have two years free maintenance from Ford. I just may go with a black generic Ford rim and same size Michelin tire.

Edit
Just called my dealer and ford doesn't have a steel wheel to match the BS. I'd have to buy a wheel somewhere and then use my points for a tire.

The torque wrench can serve as a weapon as well, provided the crook would give you time to retrieve it.

Nice clean setup.

Nice job! Great info.
I'm going to go with a full size spare too. Assuming an 18" full size spare would fit.
