Mine suddenly stopped working today. It lost it's connection to my car. I unpaired it, restarted my phone and bluetooth multiple times. It finally attempted to pair and then died completely. I'm so sad. I requested a replacement. Hopefully it was just a bum unit.

I received the Carlinkit 4.0 today (it was on sale, and the color goes better with my VB Bronco.) It did some funky stuff to the screen when I it first tried to connect android auto but after unplugging and reconnecting the phone bluetooth to it everything worked. I turned off the vehicle and turned it back on to see if it auto-connected like it is supposed to, but it was still asking me to connect the previously connected phone. I'll try it again later after everything has fully shut off and verify the phone's bluetooth settings for that device and report back.

When I first set mine up, I had to unpair it from my car first.
