Here is a pic of the AVS vent shades we put on our BS/BB.

You know, I had AVS on my F150, but they look a little out of place on the BS. Glad I went with the low-profile ones. Here is a pic of the AVS vent shades we put on our BS/BB.
I have the same issue with my 16 year old Escape. Try cracking another rear window.Do these help at all with the TERRIBLE wind buffeting noise with a window open?
(I can crack another window as advised, but the boom-boom-boom noise persists. This is the worst car I've ever experienced this in.)
I'm not a fan of these window deflectors, but I'll do anything to let my dog hang out without this noise.
I can open any combination of windows, any amount, and make it "better", but it's still horrible!I have the same issue with my 16 year old Escape. Try cracking another rear window.
Well, that’s too bad. The buffeting goes away completely on the Escape with a window cracked.I can open any combination of windows, any amount, and make it "better", but it's still horrible!
I take it that they don't.Do these help at all with the TERRIBLE wind buffeting noise with a window open?

I (and several others) have the EGR in-channel visors. The second row does use tape but mounts on the inside. I am happy with them. Was just searching for info on vent visors, and this thread is about all I could find. I'm a fan of in-channel, but appreciate the pics of the stick on ones you have. Looks good!
But - anyone know if there is an in-channel option at this point?
Those ones looks really good. Could you share the product name or link? Thank you!
These are before and after of the Ford Low Profile Deflectors. Easy install. As for wind noise I cracked both front windows at 75 mph yesterday and noticed a decrease in noise. Will mess around with them more to see if they eliminate or lessen the loud noise with one window down.
