Not sure someone could use these without a full kit, but I have the 1.75" front spacers shown in the attached picture. I installed the full kit front / rear, and wound up with an extra set of front spacers.
Not a big name kit, but I installed mine about 9 months / 14,000 miles ago and have not...
Usually use my Grand Cherokee for kayaking, but it wasn't available this weekend. The rack I have on the Bronco Sport is only wide enough for one and not both, so I might need to replace that.
Oh and did something else because of the lift... Even before the tires went on the antenna was hitting the underside of the garage door when you pulled out, so I got this stubby little replacement antenna. No impact on anything.
Started the lift of my wife's Big Bend last week, but finally got the tires on today. 245/65r17 GoodYear Fortera's. Found another Sport to park next to for height comparison purposes since going up 2" or so wasn't as obvious as other lifts I have done. :)
My wife's 2022 Big Bend starting doing it this past winter... Mostly when she would back out of the garage in the morning. Luckily she doesn't leave before everyone else is awake, because it was horrible.
I read the details on the official fix and skipped it as it sounded like a joke.
I just...
Turns out it is just a Ford software feature I did not know about. Have to put the car in maintenance mode, as I now see is described in this thread...

Nothing was wrong with the brake job or the...
Hmmm... I didn't verify if the drain plug was in the wrong spot. I'll have to look before I bother modifying the oil filter part. Maybe I just take it down each time, anyway.
On the Rival skid plate, I didn't like those "wire T" nuts and felt they wouldn't last with repeated removal and...
And... The amount of oil left behind would be the same as the stock filter location (if still using the original filter), which can just drip down into a pan or dribble down the front of the engine, so I hope it isn't too bad on the wheel well.
That link is where I got the idea!
If it was vertical, with the filter pointing up or down, it would be better, but this horizontal approach fits best for what I have tried to figure out. Most of the oil should drain back down the hoses once the drain plug is opened, so then when I remove the...
I see little discussion of it, and the threads that do discuss it are locked from further comments.
My wife hit something in the road that destroyed the transmission, to the tune of $7700. So, a little too late I got the Rival skid plate and a 1.5" lift kit. It will look tougher even if I'm...
My wife's Bronco Sport is now about 2 years old and this weekend involved the same things from Meanderthal's initial post. Replaced pads and rotors and installed a lift. When I started it back up I had all the same on-screen warnings, but no codes according to my OBD scanner. The only...
I was looking for a thread like this, but it doesn't confirm what I was experiencing. I am 6'2", and I swear my wife's Big Bend is way too small. I can't get enough leg room while driving it, and no I am not all legs. lol
We have a trip from NJ to SC coming up and I don't know what to do...
Was just searching for info on vent visors, and this thread is about all I could find. I'm a fan of in-channel, but appreciate the pics of the stick on ones you have. Looks good!
But - anyone know if there is an in-channel option at this point?
Hi - New guy here. Bought my wife an Area 51 Big Bend last month and was a bit annoyed at the rat's nest of wires and hoses under the hood. Dealer said there was never an engine cover before I knew there was one, and once I showed him they said oh well. Did give me credit to buy the pieces to...
