I'm going to be in Paonia in a couple of weeks, but I will be on 2 wheels exploring some of those roads.My husband and I were in the San Juans two weeks ago. There was a huge amount of snowfall over the winter, so several popular trails weren’t open yet. (Can you imagine driving a snowplow on those passes?!) At any rate, I drove my Badlands up Corkscrew Pass, Yankee Boy Basin, Lost Dollar Road and Brown Mountain. I can’t wait to go back! The BadSport did great!

This week I went up to Deer Park Campground in Olympic National Park. I didn't get any pictures of the road going up because of the death grip I had on the wheel the whole time. Beautiful place.
It pretty much looks like this in any direction.
The reason to go up was night photography, though I think Hurricane Ridge is probably a little darker.

Nowhere today. It's been too darn hot and humid in North Carolina. Did find a great new series on Netflix called 'The Diplomat.' Definitely worth watching.
Is you sport stock? Mine is and I may take it over those roads. Am concerned about clearance
