I wouldn’t say it’s the cheapest Ford could find as I think the carpet looks just fine.
I only got the mats because I’m taking the BS out of town and know there is a very good chance of getting the carpet pretty dirty. But the OEM mats are really nice so will probably leave in full time.
Not sure about the carpet durability overall but having the mats will definitely help long term.

Mine (Badlands) didon’t even has a carpet option. I was baffled when it arrived with it but looked at others and they only had the rubber floor. I did buy the molded maps when I ordered it

I typically will wash every other weekend so It last me a couple weeks but just depends on weather conditions as well. It's water based and I like that because it doesn't sling all over the place.

Wow I’m sorry! How do you hit a car that badly in a parking lot? At that point you can’t claim you didn’t realize you’d hit something.

The receptionist at the clinic saw what happened and knows the driver ? They wouldn’t give me the persons info because of the privacy act but said they’ll give it to the insurance adjuster. I called my local Ford dealership and the parts lady said there are a few doors in Ontario and several skins in the states. That means someone has to wait longer for their order if I get the door ? The ex cop in me is driving around town looking for silver SUV’s and the ex body man is getting out and looking for damage on the rear end of them. It’ll get fixed but it still pisses me off. It hasn’t even had its first oil change yet. Oh well, there are a lot of people in this world that have it WAY!!! worse than a dent in their car.

I found a used one on E Bay at half the cost of new. The sale ad said make an offer so I did & got it for less & the seller was only a few hours away from us so we picked it up & saved on shipping.

The seller was asking $300.00 & in the ad it said buy now $300.00 or make offer. I offered him $250.00 & he accepted my offer & he was only a few hours drive from us so we saved the shipping cost & picked it up. I did see this trailer hitch bumper cover is for sale now on Ebay.
