I don't care for the torque steer I get at lower speeds under full throttle. My work around is get the vehicle going straight and ease the gas pedal down. Most of the time I just putt around I didn't buy it to stomp on gas pedal all the time.

A man of discerning tastes. You are using that to concoct the occasional old fashioned cocktail, aren't you?
Actually, I'm not that "Old Fashioned", I prefer straight up with ice (one cube only please)! I use lesser brands with Coke for a mixed drink. :like:

I guess you want it like some high end German cars do? I've heard there's a way to mod that. Either something you plug into the fusebox or at the brake lamp so that you hit the pedal and it flashes the lights then changes to steady on. If you search for strobe brake or flasher it should come up. Can't speak to it working on the BS.
I just want them to work the way they did on my '11 Escape. I don't want them to flash on their own, I just want them to only be on when my foot is on the brake. The way they work, there is some sort of relay in between the pedal and the brake light, so there is a delay between you letting your foot up and the light turning off. Try it yourself. Quickly press the brake repeatedly and the light shows that your foot was on the brake the whole time.

I haven't noticed this but I'm afraid if I go check then I won't be able to un-notice it again.

I think most '20+ cars have this. What's it blocking that you need to see anyways? Planes? Sometimes it blocks the sun for me!
You are absolutely right that this is the way every auto maker is doing it these days, but I hope they will figure out how to package all the tech a little more compactly. I sit with my seat all the way up, and there are a few places around town that I have to bend down to see the traffic light.

Do you not have a side pocket between the seat and the console and also a zippered pocket above the molle? There should be a "waterproof" pocket large enough for a quite large tablet.
I have the pocket on the side of the seat that is barely big enough to fit a pair of gloves in, but I do not have the zippered pocket on the back of the seats of my '22 BB. Just the straps. I also don't have the underseat storage, though I think the '21 BB had both of those.

Yes, this is poor design IMO. Workaround is to shut off the car mid-cycle and then flip up. PUT DOWN BEFORE restarting or say bye bye to the hood paint. There are also tarps and dams you can buy and drop there to stop ice intrusion. Don't pull them up by hand when the car is off.
Yes, this is not only a workaround, this is the process described in the owners manual. I'll add that the car can be safely started remotely with the wipers flipped up as they do not engage until you get in and push the ignition.

Odd as it may seem, I really hate the headliner in the car. Specifically, I hate that it's a light/whiteish color regardless of exterior/interior color selections. It just doesn't match...no matter what options you select, the headliner is white. I much prefer darker headliners. I wish it were black or charcoal colored, and I'd really love it if it were a charcoal alcantara instead of the cheap material they went with. I'll probably go pay somebody to upgrade the headliner for me.

Don't like that there is no rain-sensing auto wipers.

Don't like that there is no memory seating in the 2022, but they fixed that in the 2023.

Mostly, I hate that my car was missing the usual parts that are missing on these things. I've ordered them and so that is an easy fix....but still frustrating.

Finally - I really do wish the BS came with a motorized tailgate. Feels like a cheap move by Ford that the tailgate is 100% manual.

Hate that the convenience door unlock touch thing only works on the front doors and that the back passenger doors don't have the same sensors.

Your list pretty much matches mine; I feel you... But I would characterize my dissatisfaction more as "I miss" instead of "I hate". I had most of these features and more on the 2015 Fusion Titanium I traded in. But, that was a $40K car back then. I knew I'd be missing some of those features when I chose the Big Bend trim... I chose the BB over the higher trim OB mainly because I just couldn't come to love the interior color options. I preferred the plain, easy-clean charcoal gray cloth and trim. Sounds stupid to some... but I have to sit in the car and look at it all day

With this logic, I'm upset with the following...

1. No built in ICEE machine
2. No shoulder massage device
3. No hover car conversion
4. No auto red light changer
5. No automatic car shield when parked (like in the batman movie)
