Sure did. The dealership was like smelling the engine compartment and looked at the dipstick and said there should not be a leak that does not smell or contaminate the oil because of a blown head gasket. They said adding any other coolant would have voided the warranty - I was like that is why I'm bringing it to you low, so not to do that but if I was out and about - I really am limited to available solutions because you have to have coolant - even water in warm weather. I asked if the mechanics could top it off, she told me they sell coolant at the parts shop.

Yes, they would not top it off because they were busy but stated the parts department had some for sale. I think they did not believe me that it was leak but rather extreme driving. IDK. My driving is all highway for most part and I'm easy on her. I'm concerned the leak will appear after the 5,000 miles and I'm stuck with buying a new water pump. Here is to hoping the coolant leaks enough for the die to show up.

Well had it in at the purchasing dealership. They are the largest in the Green Bay WI Metro area. Never saw a BS come in with low coolant. HMMMM. so, I get the repot back that they see no leak and did a pressure test 20psi for fifteen minutes and it held at 20 psi. So, no leak no problem. They put in a dye to trace if anything is leaking but told me to check on it from time to time and keep a gallon of anti-freeze/coolant handy just in case. So, now I wait for the coolant to drop again for a problem that is becoming more well known each day. Still under warranty for 5,000 more miles so if the engine gasket blows or the engine cracks in the middle of nowhere it's going to suck.
I'd get under there myself. And check. Even if you take off the fabric piece you will see a stain. Being on my 3rd pump it's not a fast leak. Hell the service writer didn't believe me when I told him I have another bad pump. For the pressure testing I don't believe the leak would be large enough to cause a difference in pressure. I could be wrong though on that

Now with the dye added, I'll probably pick up a black light and check with that as well. I'm not going to go beyond the warranty time on this and have them suddenly say oh hey your pump is bad $$$.

Well, my coolant is disappearing still, and Ford Dealer put a UV Dye in and said drive it awhile to see where the leak is. (32,400 miles) So, my coolant is just now below MIN line and was earlier refilled (a month ago) to be just above the MAX line. I'll be setting an appointment up to see what FORD finds. I did reach under the water pump, no moisture BUT there was a slight off yellow oil residue. I'm expecting that to be semi dried coolant. I will keep you informed.

Hi there, Dale. This water pump/coolant concern doesn’t sound like something we want you to experience with your Bronco Sport. Should you need further assistance, please send us a PM with your VIN and the name and location of your Ford dealer and I'd be happy to look into how I can assist you on my end. Lise,
Didn’t mean anything harsh — laughing with you, not at you. Laughing as there’s really only one “dipstick” left on cars today, not counting this driver.

Well, had the pump replaced. Took a couple of days - gave me a loner. I've

attached the service pages to show what they did. All under warranty.
I'm glad to here it was under warranty. I got rid of mine a month ago for a outback wilderness. Again to many problems. I found what the dealer called "seeping" of oil on the bottom of the transmission and something on the start of the drive shaft. Told me warranty repair isnt warranted yet because its not leaving a puddle. The initial service was suppose to be for the trans because I was going on another trip. Got under to take the skid plate off for them and I just see more shit. They didn't tell me they trans fuild had oil in it or not. I'm sure it was only a matter of time before the 2 connected.
