Should be built a week from the date on your Window sticker..
The bottom margin says 4/15/2021. The special order panel has 4 13 21 on it. Which is the date?

The date on the bottom margin updates any time progress is made on your vehicle (window sticker generated, production starts, production completes, shipped, etc). Production will start a week after the date in the special order panel, and that date will not change.

Go by the date in the special order box then add a week. The bottom date really means nothing. I've seen window stickers from vehicles on dealers lots and they are still updating.....

My Badlands shipped last week, and after asking for a vehicle visibility report he's saying he's never seen any train info on a VVR before. Does that make sense? How are so many of you getting that info?

He says this is what he sees in the system:

2021 Bronco Sport
VIN
[Redacted by me]
Vehicle Visibility Details
Order Date1/8/2021
Build Week4/11/2021
StatusPassing Arrival
Primary StatusIn Transit

After 253 days I will be officially out of the waiting room this afternoon. Placed order 7/31/20 BL+BL, tow, 360+, floor Mats with carpet, cargo mat, cargo mgmt. Picking up this afternoon. Went into production 4/7/21 shipped 4/9/21 arrived at dealership 4/19/21. Only 10 days shipping from Mexico to IA. Thought that was pretty good.

I just don't know why my dealer isn't seeing that info. What I pasted above was the entirety of the VVR he pulled. I don't work for a car company so I don't want to just tell this guy he should be able to see/do something I basically know nothing about. I don't know how to get this information without looking like a jerk/arrogant customer.

If your salesman is the one giving you limited information, he might not know what's available. If you want, you can try talking with the inventory manager at the dealership. I got lucky. I went from regular customer to nagging irritant to "Damn dude...that's impressive. I'm gonna call you whenever I need to hunt somebody down!"

It turned into a game of me trying to find out before he did where my Sport was currently located during its transit.

The guy I've been talking to is the sales manager.

That's kinda weird...my sales guy gave me the VVR and said they could track it all the way here if I wanna call every other day.

You can either ask to speak to the general manager...or sit back with a good book and try to take your mind off of it. If you're anything like me, you'd scrap the book idea. But seriously...if you go that route, just talk about how excited you are to be getting your new vehicle and that you keep seeing examples of others getting the information you're missing. However you decide to word it, just don't come off crabby. You're just a curious consumer wanting to track your new car.

Good luck!

On 3/18, I ordered BL in Area 51 with BL Pkg, Gray Roof, Tow Pkg, 360+ Assist, CMS, 235 AT tires.
I received e mail from Ford on 4/15 saying the scheduled for production date has changed and my BL is schedule to be built the week of 6/14.
The e mail contains a link to "Track My Order" web page that shows the order is confirmed on 3/18 and the VIN of my BL.

I think my order is identical to yours, ordered 2-18, same production date.

Last week I found an article on fordauthority.com that said certain BL options (Gray roof, Moon roof, tow pkg) will cause a 4 week delay in production. The article didn't say "why" these options causes the delay.

Sounds like it only took 2 days to build your BL! That's pretty darn quick!
